氮化硅热电偶保护管（Si₃N₄ Thermocouple Sheath）是一种高性能陶瓷保护管，主要用于在高温、强腐蚀、高磨损的恶劣环境下保护热电偶免受熔融金属、炉气、渣滓等的侵蚀。广泛应用于铝合金熔炼、锌/铅/铜等有色金属熔炼炉、钢铁冶炼、玻璃熔窑、半导体晶体生长、真空炉等工业领域，是目前最耐用的热电偶保护材料之一。
