铝水运输包

铝水运输包主要用于铝水的长距离运输以及浇注用,‌具有密封性好,‌铝水降温一小时约3度左右的特点,‌很好地解决了长距离运输降温快的缺陷。‌其设计采用了茶壶嘴式的出水口,‌能起到很好的挡渣效果。‌铝水运输包的使用前,‌需要将转运包内衬温度烘烤至650-700℃,‌然后再注入铝液。‌根据熔炉设备的实际使用条件与转运距离,‌注入转运包的铝液温度一般为720-750℃。‌如果熔炉设备有出水口,‌铝液温度可设定为720℃;‌如果没有出水口,‌靠人工用勺子注入转运包,‌铝液设定温度应大于720℃。‌每次派送铝水后,‌转运包内铝水要放干,‌并确保每次派送铝液前转运包内衬的温度尽可能与铝液实际温度一致。‌如每次派送铝液时间太长,‌一定要将转运包内衬烘烤达到使用温度后,‌方可浇入铝液。

If the delivery time of aluminum liquid is too long, the inner lining of the transfer package must be baked to the operating temperature before pouring aluminum liquid.
